Delivery

We ship interactive monitors as insured oversized parcels – within Poland and to other European Union countries. You can see the delivery cost in the cart and in the order form before you place your order.

• Courier – oversized parcel, insured. On delivery, check the condition of the parcel in the courier's presence; if it is damaged, draw up a damage report.
• Delivery to other EU countries – if a delivery price to your country is set for the products, you see it at checkout and order straight away (bank transfer in PLN, EUR or CZK). Otherwise send a shipping cost inquiry at checkout (this is not an order) – we will e-mail you a quote within 1 business day.
• Personal collection – Głogów, ul. Sikorskiego 60, by prior telephone appointment.

Orders paid online are usually shipped within 24 business hours of the payment being credited. Orders with an invoice with payment terms are shipped after document verification (usually 1–5 days).
